Prices and general conditions

Included:

• Apartment with fully equipped kitchen and appliances
• bed linen, bed sheets blankets and towels
• free Wi-Fi in the whole apartment
• free entrance for the swimming pools Mar Dolomit
• Val Gardena Mobile Card, gives you the possibility to use for freeall the busses in Alto Adige, ski busses and trains
• baby cots and highchair on request

An additional tourist tax of 1.75 Euro per person and night starting from 14 years will be charged at your arrival.

Dogs are welcome if confirmed by email. The additional cost per dog per night is 15 Euro.

Arrival and departure
Your apartment will be ready at 3:00 p.m.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment until 9:00 a.m. on the departure day.

Cancellation policy:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is asked to confirm the booking.

Our cancellation policy:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 30%
• 30 - 15 days prior arrival: 70%
• Less than 15 days prior arrival or no show, late arrival or early departure: 100%

For your protection in case of cancellation, we warmly suggest to stipulate a travel insurance.
